For many years now, the Really Helpful Travel Group have looked after my wife and myself with all our travel requriements, no more so than in March this year when we found ourselves stranded in New Zealand.

Whilst on holiday, the country went into ‘lock down’ with the Coronavirus. We all had an amazing time, the flights, resorts & hotels were all excellent.  The internal Thai flights were impressive and much easier than the UK!  Lovely airports and transfers spot on. Our favourite locations were Chaing Mai, gorgeous city, lots to do and see. Very cheap for eating out. Look up the good Burmese restaurants and Katy's cafe, the food halls were excellent and safe to eat. We all loved the Roti's with every filling you could think of. Favourite beach was Koh Sumui, the Samui Jasmine hotel right on the beach was beautiful and cocktails and food around the pool were cheap! The Nai Harn hotel in Phuket was one of the best hotels we have stayed in, the food was amazing, we took a day trip to Phi Phi Islands, again fantastic. We used an app called GRAB which was cheap taxis booking and very reliable. Would recommend going to the Thai Boxing in Bangkok, my teenagers loved it and so did the adults!

KO and HO - Chester

We were back from Iceland yesterday late afternoon after what turned out to be a trip of a lifetime. 

We were both blown away by the country and the experience. 

All flights and transfers were as planned and the hotel was absolutely wonderful. 

We managed to spot some whales, did a Golden Circle Tour and a dip in the Secret Lagoon that I was loathed to leave. 

The fact that they had snow and cold weather seemed to add to the beauty of the place.
